While most of Ceres’ hunting properties are leased through third-party outfitters, the company also leases directly with hunters.

Leases are typically for a duration of 3 years with annual payments.

While lease amounts vary between farms, most are between $1,500-$3,000, with a minimum of $500.

All lessees are required to purchase insurance from The American Hunting Lease Association (AHLA) covering at least $1 million in liability.

The number of guests allowed to accompany lessees depends on the size of the property.

Lessees are expected to respect agricultural crops, the integrity of the property, and all applicable hunting laws.
